AIIM is the brainchild of a group of professionals from defense, industry and MBAs from world-class institutions. We understand the importance of discipline, quality rigorous training and education in the management and related discipline.

Our aim is to train youngsters who need direction and guidance to build a career in management and IT profession. The huge migration of potential graduates from this part of country to distant land such as Bangalore, Mumbai and Pune is a financial burden and mental strain on the parents and youth. AIIM is here to provide them respite from all the mental and financial burden.
AIIM’s vision is to create a "To create high powered, outstanding leader in the field of management and IT profession". This has to be done by keeping costs affordable and infrastructure- both physical and academic most up-to-date and accessible.
To this affect AIIM’s infrastructure reasonably meets all the requirements of a good B- School. Again, those who could not get admission into a top elite B- schools (due to whatsoever reasons) but are hardworking, highly talented and are trainable to assume significant role in management profession are our raw material . Our mission is to provide opportunities, to train and to support all these aspiring youngsters who are considered average by their academic record to enable them to realize their ambition to join management or IT discipline and transform these so called average individuals into a first rate professionals.
